Apple exists in its own bubble anyway, I have no idea why everyone is so desperately copying them for things that users who don't even use iPhones hate Apple for in the end. It's the most baffling thing ever to exist.

Why do you think all food products where they put less sugar in actually costs more than the ones filled with sugar? You'd think them having to use less sugar will create savings for them. Instead, they rather charge you extra because it's a "special" product with less sugar inside.
Same with phones. They left same price, but removed charger. If they ever include the charger, they'll add cost of it on top of what used to be a phone without a charger that was a price with charger in the beginning anyway. They weren't giving you charger for free, it was just included in the total phone price. It's typical artificial price inflation. Or phone that might get headphone jack back. They'll charge extra for it like it's a premium because it's "rare" these days. Even though we had it for last decade on all phones...

In next 20 years global heat reaches 40 degree even uin countries like Alaska or Norway North and South Pole icebergs will thawn and cities will be flooded.

Sure, for people who change their phone regurlarly, it won't be necessary but for the ones who change their phone every 4-5 years or more, it's important to have a phone with everything inside.... Especially considering the price of it !

At this time in modern life, I bet my little finger everyone has a 18W charger in their possesion. You know what, the 18W charger is good to charge the Note 11SE because the phone complies with very common QC 3.0 charging.

For everything else, blame whoever is doing it, be is Samsung, Oppo, Nokia or whatever/whoever. Apple has no say what they do and if they do this crap, blame them. ... moreIf a charger cost money to buy, will you consider twice before buying it? If the answer is yes, then the cost and materials to separately pack the charger is not really that much, compared to compulsory every phone is packed with a charger.
But anyway, once Apple move completely to usb c. I believe the cables will be the next to go.

My dear friends,
dont you see the scheme behind this ??
by removing all usefull phone feature thye are less about saving enviorment but more about harming it.
example for sd card slot -->
they can make just 2 phones (vanilla & pro/ultra version) in every segment (budget, midrange, flagship killer or flagship) with option of sd card slot on both of it where vanilla can remain on 128/256 gb & pro/ultra version should be on 256 gb or 512 gb and if both of it comes with sd card slot then customer will only purchase sd card slot and they wont be able to make more money,
but if they remove sd card slot and bring 3-4 with different storage memory which do not have sd card slot people will try to purchase high capacity variety in which they has better profit margin + when they reach to that storage limit 50% of people will buy a new phone.
enviormental harm -- > so much of extra material used over here on multiple phones.
exmaple for earphone --> they remove earphones and pack the same or neckback/tws earphone under a different box which again uses extra materials
example for charger --> i do agree 70% people would have a charge but if you sell your oldphone ulose ir or either u keep that as a backup + the new phone comes with fast charging feature which is not supported on old charger + oems will charge you for new charger as well as more of cardboard and other material used for that.... will that not harm enviorment ?
believe it or ont, but elimating all the imp phone features they charge youf or it as well as they use extra box and material which harms enviorment even more + they make more money on the other hand.
its just a lame excuse of saving mother earth but its more about making profit & it will endup harming the mother earth more badly.
dont go with there words, go with their actions (behind the sence, there is alot of bad things that takes place.
if they actually wanted to save mother earth then while purchasing they could give option to add a charger or not (without cost) or else, to ask customer if they want a new charger then they should give back the old charger whihc can be recycle & used back in some ways or other and give customer a brand new charger.
which actually could mean they really wanna help to save mother earth but no, they will add new box some paper work + charger you and wont even talk about old charging brick.
and i wish, goverment authorities stop them by doing all this because its just a lame excuse but no intention of saving enviorment in any way.
