I'm just hoping the next galaxy fold would be as slim and with big cover display as this one while retaining the water resistance and flex mode, but most importantly built-in spen and 10x zoom and 5000mah battery. Wish Huawei didn't get banned from using android, the x2 was perfect

not too much of an excitement but they are nice enough to add dongles in the box. other phones like samsung foldables dont have one. to put an excuse of "environmental reasons"😂😂good job xiaomi for that one

Mix Fold 2 literally looks like prototype phone, with fake lookalike version of iOS. You are lucky if Mix Fold 2 could get second OS upgrade or still usable after 50,000 folds.

It's the problem of patent royalties, which Chinese manufacturers have to pay outside China. And since they can't actually produce their devices cheaper than Samsung or Apple, they are even with their lower quality as expensive as the much better Samsung's phones.

Xiaomi make beautiful phones but that's all : what is the purpose to have such phone where you've no support out of China?
It's definitely not the same audience, not the same product.
Samsung will remain the global leader in foldable device

Just like apple with their high ends, so is Samsung with low ends(less hardware,better software).
Why spend huge dollars for fast charge,sexy design with poor optimization,no ip rating(flagship must),lack of dex mode pen support and not even flex mode 🤔bewise

Only undergrade Chinese brands have to flood the world with crap to be even visible... And despite the flooding they only fall and fall.

China phones always looks really good in presentation and initial visuals, and their hardware specs are also good. The problem is their BUILD QUALITY is absolute fukken garbage. I moved away from Samsung once and tried Xiaomi, ZTE, Oppo etc... Yes, they were cheap, yes, the hardware was nice... But they always fell down in two areas: Their overall user experience/UI is garbage compared to Samsung's UI, and the build quality, or lack thereof... China made trash tends to last 1 year or so at best before developing issues or outright dying... My ZTE phone even had the motherboard BECOME LOOSE inside the phone and you could hear it rattle about, and whenever it 'hit' the side, the display would spaz out.
After years of putting up with China garbage I went back to Samsung. Even now I would gladly take Fold4 over this, coz ok sure it looks good on paper and when compared side by side but at least the Fold4 won't die after a year...
tl;dr moral is you get what you pay for. Buy China crap, get China crap.
