It could be even 120 or 200W charger support but peak charging in Apple phones will be always 5V/1A or the battery will be crispy smooth like a bacon.

I guess that's fast enough to charge a 2,600 mAh battery in under an hour

blue, 29 Aug 2022I never missed fast charging on my iPhone... or on any phone. That's because your life may be chill, in my case often i run out of battery and sometimes fast charging like the VIVO X80 Pro has, saves my life, it can charge in 30m enough for almost a day....

Of course if your life is chill, no hurries and never run out of battery on a bad moment, then no, you're safe either fast or not fast charging.

Not that fast by current standards. More than 100W is available. But fast charging can damage the battery. So it is just normal. Even 15W is normal.

But ppl that use xiaomi/oppo/one opplus think Apple does not know how to handle high voltage.

                                      2016 technology from Apple

RealLifePhones, 29 Aug 2022I have a weird feeling that when Apple switches to USB-C on... moreI mean, they were including USB-C to Lightning cables in latest iPhone 13 boxes. Which meant most users had to either buy a new charger because all they have are USB-A outputs or they had to buy a new USB-A to Lightning cable anyway. It's all so absurd and all in the name of "ecology".
