During the 90s the Spice Girls racked up an unbelievable number of sales, but were they good musicians? No. Likewise, half the world is screaming about the iPhone. That's not enough to make it a good phone...

But IMHO, Apple didn't actually contribute something new to the world of phone (but frenzy), they just adding a phone to their portfolio (which people got so crazy about). It's just because the "apple magic". If, say, Nintendo made a phone, it wouldn't be as popular (IMMH,HO).

Big screen, slim design, zoom in an image with move of a finger... forget the navigation keys. Do you think Apple cannot put in the same functionalities as SE? It's putting the least stuff and still half the world wants it! that's success!

the preview on SMAPE.com is well and good, unlike the preview of that Eldar guy on mobile-review which is soooo biased!!! I've always have faith on W902

Bo, 22 Jul 2008People want iPhone because it has apple logo on it.Well yes in a way we buy things because of the LOGO. It gives us a sense of security that this product will be reliable or act the ways we want etc.. So don't give me a comment about people want APPLE because of the logo. ALL OUR PHONES HAVE LOGOS. Would you get a phone with an unknown brand? I am not saying the iphone is the best phone in the world. Certainly it lacks alot of features people want. But let's admit it, every other person wants an iphone. What i am saying is that it is time for SE to come up with something new, than the same old bar phone style they had for the past 5 years.

Finally! SE has answered my desires! I'll think of getting a W902 to replace my 5700. How I love music phones. I've got no issues with brands. All I'm after is the features.

Sure, it's got a nice UI and decent web browser, but that's it. And for the price they're asking, it's simply not worth it. What's worse is that they've got the cheek to promote it as the ultimate multimedia device. It doesn't even support MMS messaging. And let's face it, how many more features can you add to a phone that they don't do now? It's pretty much about improving the quality and functionality of existing features. Although saying that, I found something online a few days ago about mobile phones starting to incorporate micro-projectors. If I can find the link later on I'll post it - it looks pretty cool...

Honestly. SE has to stop coming up with these same old style phones. What's the point of having the same style phone with similar features all the time. It's the same stuff since K750i first came out. Since then, it's either the camera got more pixels or you can shake to change songs. Big Deal! Look at the iphone. One device made every other person wants it. It's time to change the style. It's time to move on! We Need more touch screen phones! we need competition. .. SE, it's about time!

W902 is my next phone. I've been with w800 for 3 years now and it still is a fine gadget. I love it so much and now finally there is a new model that is worth putting it's granny to rest :) Aaa and I think that not having symbian is a plus actually, for me at least. W902 is all I wanted. Thank you SE.
