i still feel sorry for you Americans. Your companies are ripping you off with cost. over here I'm paying the equivalent of $11.50 for 15GB and unlimited call+texts (not the cheapest carrier for that amount of data, but crap service with the cheaper one in my area) + i can cancel at anytime (its a rolling monthly, no contract)

AT&T needs to be stop their claims about security issues and security upgrades thereby taking off many phones off their networks (to coax folks into buying their devices-most people can see through this but have little choice otherwise and just give in) ...security issues are hard to prove and don't need to be proven

Any of these companies accusing the others of anything is the pot calling the kettle black. Hypocrisy. They are all dirty, thieving, scammers.

Anonymous, 07 Sep 2022And what about the 5Ge* that AT&T were using to trick e... moreFunny you should bring that one up, because they ended up getting sued by Sprint for misleading marketing over that.

I did a quick Google search for AT&It's 55+ plan and, to nobody's surprise, the footnote says that it's only available in Florida.

T-Mobile is not false advertising. AT&T needs to get their junk together.

Those seniopr discounts makes no sense.
So they could make a campaign back to school or something for kids.

Those companies would do better if they make discounts for everyone not just certain group.
This is nothing just a bullcrap.

About 3 years ago I was looking to make some changes to the family phone plan, looking for the best service for the price.T-Mobile's 55 plan looked pretty damned goodso I looked for an AT&T equivelant and found almost the exact kind of plan but with one little tiny, buried detail:

AT&T was charging an additional $35/Month "Access fee" to the bill..

This article is confusing, because it doesn't explain what AT&T's actual senior plans are like and whether T-Mobile is wrong or not. It seems like that would be trivial to figure out. How about doing some actual reporting, you know journalism, GSMarena?

Anyway, even if T-Mobile is lying, they could never possibly be as greedy and dishonest at AT&T, so it's hard to imagine AT&T persuading anyway with their lawsuit that they are an innocent victim.

And what about the 5Ge* that AT&T were using to trick everyone into thinking they had 5G on phones that don't even have 5G capability?

Can we know att instead of all that junk, in which states do you offer you senior discounts?

"unlawfully shifting income and profit from AT&T"

                            lol AT&T, pot kettle black.

While the merit of the claims is another matter. Profit is not a basic right. An entity being denied a profit is no one's big concern.

This is why zealots of certain companies are the worst human race has to offer. Corporation deserves no favors, sympathy or anything of that sort. They are pro-profit entities that should be made to bend over backwards for your hard earned money.
