The Poco X Series started as Midrangers with the Poco X3 NFC.
A Midranger which was above all others in terms of camera and a very cheap price. It was called a Midrange Killer at the time.
The Poco F Series started with the Pocophone F1 which was a Flagship Killer at that time.
The Poco X3 Pro, X3 GT, X4 GT are all budget Flagship killers(except for X3 GT which seems to have an even better camera than the Poco F3).
The Poco X4 NFC and X4 Pro are Midrangers.
The Pocophone F1, F2 Pro, Poco F3,F3 GT,Poco F4 & Poco F4 GT are standard Flagship Killers. They have better cameras than Midrangers but below Flagship Level but has Flagship Chipsets (except for the Poco F3 which is below the X3 GT in terms of camera) and high quality AMOLED display.

To be honest, the way Qualcomm went with their chipset lineup is pretty bad and confusing. Instead of making as many variants as possible, they should try to differentiate themselves from the competitors (Exynos, Kirin, Dimensity, RockChip, Unisoc Tiger, etc etc) as providing Quality and Support instead. And they had a pretty decent chance to do so, with the new architecture of ARMv9.
Here is how they can make yearly platform upgrades:
QLC S92, S93, S94, S95, S96, S97, S98, S99...
QLC S72, S73, S74, S75, S76, S77, S78, S79...
QLC S52, S53, S54, S55, S56, S57, S58, S59...
QLC S32, S33, S34, S35, S36, S37, S38, S39...
QLC S12, S13, S14, S15, S16, S17, S18, S19...
QLC S02, S03, S04, S05, S06, S07, S08, S09...
...by releasing only 6-chipsets per year, they can focus better and make each unit better in its price-segment, and using their resources to offer 3-Years of AndroidOS updates directly to OEMs and Carriers.
Hypothetically what to expect after next year (2024) lineup can be like:

It's still more as performance first and then other parts are where they cut corners to get the price down.
While X series started as middle class phones killer with budget price. Like X3 NFC was selling at 170 euro with SD 732G and X3 Pro was SD860
Now X4 gen is better then F4 gen while F3 gen was better in every way over X3 gen.
As F series lost even 3.5mm jack on like from F3 gen. X series started as poco x2

F series meanwhile is for Flagship. So not only performance, but overall package (such as camera quality is usually better in F series).
But knowing this is Xiaomi (okay, Poco, but still) we'll see if their series will still makes sense in the future.

Seems like gsmarena really hates Blackshark and did not even mentioned its on the Top5 that has a SD8Gen1 and only relies on its Anti-G VC cooling which is amazing too.

Weird that poco was starting with F series as there best. Now it's X series.
Even tough X series have 3.5mm jack so it's better cause of that while F series dont have it.
So soon M series will take over F series too ? so F series now have the meaning that it's really F***ed

Oh boy, I remember those keyboard warriors a month ago complaining about the Nothing Phone (1) and it‘s crappy chipset. Interestingly enough that phones from some Chinese manufacturers with the same chipset perform much worse? /s
