I've a simple question. I would like to use this laptop for processing pictures, often multiple heavy raw files together, on photoshop. Can this machine handle that kind of load?

        Productivity laptop with 14'' and no alphanumeric... You know not everyone is an editor nowadays. I can think of many many, MANY professions that would require the above to purchase a "productivity laptop".

                SigmaR, 12 Sep 2022Give it timeApple dont care about Gaming, they force developers to Metal, they dont support Vulkan natively and even Open Gl they support older versions. So even with time gaming on Mac wont be good.

                    Gaming is About preference but PC gaming is so big, currently there are over 1.7 billion people who game on pc (statista) so its huge market.

                    and even working you can get better value in pc, but its understandable if someone choose Mac because it can do some things better.

                      But the rest of us need to work and the M1/M2 models simply kill something like this Xiaomi for video rendering and most other work tasks.

                      Either way, this NoteBook is of dubious value.

                            The basic comes wih Iris plus graphic which is good for maybe MS Office.

                                    Those Acer with mx550 and 12th gen usual weight under 2KG.

                                      I have a Kuu G3 and this laptop somehow looks the same. I wonder if Xiaomi also uses the ODM Kuu uses with their G-series which is now has G5 version.
