Using a SOI manufacturing process is going to make a big difference! This looks like it will be one excellent chip, and I believe the power consumption claims will be good. Remember, the clock frequency in all modern processors is dynamically adjusted anyway. One of the most power-efficient phones also on the market today is the Motorola RAZR i with Intel clocked at 2GHz, so imagine an ARM at 3GHz!

manufactures have prove that they can add ridoncelous power to the procesors wich in android is need it.
what users want and what we need is batterry power. it doesn't matter how much ram or cores or power they add if the batterry cannot stand more than 8 hrs. is not enought. we need baterry power... long lasting more than a day. thats what they should be focusing on power consumption.

3GHZ CPU? who the hell need this? 1.2GHZ dual core is enough just like in iphone. even its is thz is useless if the os itself is not stable enough.

If this numbers are reliable than there is no compromise to be made here.

mate, this htc ultrapixel is worse den nokia N8. .htc started the megapixel war vid htc titan, but fell on their feet. Now they claim ultrapixel is smthn to b taken care of. I guess the only cameraphn that can beat 808 p.v will cm from nokia itself.. Nt a android.. Ha ha.
