Same thing is said about the iphone, when screen is only thing from samsung inside them.

Samsung is not the only company to supply ram and storage. There are at least 3 other.
Considering price of this phone, I doubt there are more samsung pieces besides screen and 2 cameras.

Pixel is just actually a Samsung phone but with Android stock UI. This even uses more Samsung parts compared to S22 Series.
Samsung flagship uses Sony sensor and Snapdragon.
This pixel 7 pro uses Samsung sensor and rebranded Exynos.
