It's insane that they still make 16GB devices for over $250 and that 64GB is the top tier storage model. For comparison with SSD prices, these price gaps would evoke 256GB/512GB/1TB tiers with a healthy markup still remaining.

I would have loved it if it would have also allowed to work as a Digital notebook for taking notes / writing pad. Apart from that it could also serve the purpose of annotation..

I understand people saying the value is bad, and it might be, but for me normal tablets are just not an option. I have to read a lot of PDFs and my eyes burn a lot reading on my laptop so I generally get them printed - but that's a *lot* of paper wastage.

For that use case 10 inch E ink tablets are perfect, and I think this is still the cheapest of them. I know there's an Onyx Boox model with Android for about $480 so.

I just hope it has proper writing apps to make notes.

ZDelta47, 28 Sep 2022I like the idea, but not the cost. You can already do this ... moreE-ink display

May I imply that this device has no full Android functions? Kindles are based on Android for sure, but they never released a product with fully functioning Android. instead Huawei made a true Android eink tablet last year

I like the idea, but not the cost. You can already do this better on all the s-pen enabled tablets. What are they offering as an advantage at that price?

Writing on these things is a nightmare, I had an Onyx boox and any regular tablet is much much better, I understand the benefits of e-ink, but they are so clunky and slow, maybe in 5 years.

                          BRUH 340$ for this? wtf

For that price alone you can get a Tab S6 Lite, a Lenovo Tab or if you stretch it a bit more, a S7 FE.

This is not a good value honestly, even if there's e-ink involved.
