My phone has become unusable! All applications freeze! The phone crashes at any time for no reason! It is unbelievable! It seems that this update was to push us to buy a newer phone. They released a small patch even with this nothing goes! I bitterly regret having done the update! If there was a way to go back I would have done it without hesitation! That want who still have Android 11 do not move especially!

so, multiple things have happened with me after upgrading to OS 12,
1, my phone is now supporting only one sim
2, my 5g connectivity has gone
3, battery is draining much faster now
4, my all settings have been reset to default
5, wifi calling is not available
someone please guide me what to do.

Read that this update has some issues. Only your primary sim will be detected after the update.

Do not update your one plus phone to android 12. It got so many bugs like if u press power button it ends to call even its off in the settings, auto screen off is set to 15sec even if u change to 1 min or 5 min's after an hour or so it goes back to 15sec. it does not support whtsapp pop up. if someone calls from whtsapp camera pop up randomly etc etc. it got so many problem's just stay in android 11. its better to have no problem with less version then have a android 12.

This was my first OnePlus. Was a Samsung user. No updates yet for 7T. Battery draining fast and restart taking time. Don't know when will update be released. Bought this phone for use for atleast 4 years. Three years and has slowed down with battery draining fast. Better to go for Samsung again. Easily lasts for 4 years.

Android 12 released over a year ago, even Android 13 got released last October. As One plus 7 pro user, we still on the 2020's Android 12. Got this phone to keep for 5 years minimum. I know ppl that still use iphone 6 released in 2014. Never getting chinese phone again.

I have one plus 7 pro and this was my last purchase from one plus. Still didn't receive oxygen 12 (android 12). They don't release it because they want push customers to buy new
Phones. They are wrong. We share our worst experience with friends.
Samsung is the BEST.

December 15th 2022, android 13 has been out for a couple of months and I still haven't received android 12 for my OnePlus 7t pro. I will never buy another OnePlus phone, lesson learned.

OnePlus is a joke. No wonder their phones are a bargain, you're lucky to get two OS updates with the slowest update timeline. Choose a different brand if you care about software support.
