        I think Sony engineering team should design this TWS

          If I may add, Yamaha also design car engines. Toyota's VVT-i system was based on Yamaha's design. Some of the engines co- developed by Yamaha are the 2JZ found in Toyota Supra MkIV, 4A-GE in the AE86 and that glorious V10 in the Lexus LFA.

                  Well, its definitely cheap, but there is a reason foam is so great. I used to listen to koss the plug, its like ears in heaven, greater PNC on top.

Thick foam is the only good option to cancel high frequency noise, as technology isn't quite good enough yet to accurately cancel that. 99.999% of all ANC earphones doesn't do any active cancelling on high frequencies as it creates as much noise as it cancels. There are a couple smaller earphone brands doing high frequency ANC. They're not very good at it, though.

Yamaha is also known for all their high quality music instruments (Grand Pianos, Church Pianos, Upright Pianos, Keyboards, Guitars,Microphones, Speakers, Radios, etc.). They even made parts for Ancient Giant Clocks, Orchestral Auditorium designs, Golf Carts and Inflatable Boats.

                              After switching to silicon, it performed much better, both for the feel of it and noise cancelling.

                                If you see earphones wearing foam tips, you know it's a pro device. Not like with silicon...
