Stage Manger is terrible without an external monitor and no better than the badly done split screen system they have now. So basically iPadOS 16 gives you a Weather app a decade after it should have. No Lock Screen customisation and widgets like iOS. What a joke!

potato101, 11 Oct 2022But still no calculator app on iPad cause they couldn'... moreThere's a term called "Perfectionism" and it seems Apple only takes those people who are affected by this or their policies/environment make people follow the Perfectionism.
It basically defines to do things only in one way (as per a perfectionist: only the best or nothing) even if the requirement is critical or an emergency.
Like the guys who built great pyramid which is so precise and advance yet they were unable to discover iron / titanium or other high performance materials like we did. They only "discovered" easily available metals like gold, silver and copper.

It's very simple makes a collage of all tabs that is open and vice versa. You can run all the windows stuff in an emulator, and make that trivia app they want to make to educate their, similarly speced kids who were born hackers but somehow couldn't learn a thing in kindergarten as it was locked down. And sell it, hopefully that doesn't run on emulator.

The middle one is stage manager and the right one is the new weather app. Since this is pretty much the improvements sadly. You're reading too little into it
