How exactly pixel 7 series could make the google phones more mainstream???
Google themselves insist on releasing their phones only in select markets, and they barely promote their devices after the first fiew days from release....

I still cannot buy Pixel phones from my country.
Shame because they seem to be pretty great.

That sadly does not make much of a wiggle room when it comes to picking up a new smartphone - I mean Vivo is excellent in camera department, but there are still some minor tweaks, that I suspect will pretty much addressed with new X series.

Pixel 7 looks better to me. Because I will never pay 900EUR or above for a phone, no matter the brand.
But, I will wait for some long term reviews of the phone. I remember the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro were highly praised in the first week or so, but then everybody was talking about bugs all over the place. Even after almost 1 year, some youtubers made some long term reviews of the Pixel 6 models and said that they still have some bugs unresolved. For me that is unacceptable, for any phone that cost more than 400-500EUR. So, I will hold my enthusiasm on the Pixel 7 series for now, until I see some in depth reviews.

Need to use very cheap pieces for that.
If retail proce is $300, final cost surely needs to be less than $150.

Google seem to ha... moreI think it is not about marketing at all, it is about communication in general and Google is abysmal when it comes to communicating with users - every Google software platform every Google hardware is negatively affect by it.
Imagine dealing with Youtube support ... the nightmare of shouting in the dark and getting no useful response.

I do not care if something I use is popular, only if it is good, and it suits my needs - one of the reasons I do not use gaming headsets and have simply a good headphones and mics for every occasion.

Considering the hatred being shown here one would say the poll must end with 90 % against Pixels... and yet they get over 2/3 of positive votes.
Chinese brands could learn something, I guess. Almost every chinese phone ends in negative rating.
