In the purchase flow, I see the Apple Pencil 1st gen and the adapter mentioned separately. Do I need to add the adapter separately in the cart or will I get adapter free if I add the pencil?

New ipad is ipad air 2020 but more expensive.
This way anyone gets rich: take previous model, change the name and upload 100 € for the same thing.
Also ipad mini 2021 price is 100€ higher.

The $120 price increase is going to make the base iPad a questionable purchase for those who just use an iPad as a second or casual device. You get a bigger screen, but it's still not fully laminated. You lose a headphone jack a bigger deal on a base model. A bump in CPU isn't worth much and you only still have 1st gen Pencil support. makes me think if you still want an iPad buy an iPad Air at a discount somewhere. Honestly, a smaller price bump would have made the 10th gen iPad compelling for an upgrade. At $449 it is not enough improvement and I think Apple will lose sales otherwise gained. The 9th gen is not a deal either unless discounted under $300 at this point.

Enjoy your Android ... morenot happy with price increase,there are just better tablets at this price ,for me 9th gen is almost half price than 10th gen,better get 9th gen if your use is not serious and just dumb tablet with display and maybe e-books
