I am tired of using Control panel again and again to set some features that could be in Settings.

All I need is to move the taskbar from the bottom to anywhere else on the window. I prefer the left side. Others prefer the top side. A few others the right side. That's all I need. All these new updates are senseless when the company is ignoring the most requested and upvoted feature on their feature suggest toolkit inside Windows.
