    Well i am using redmi note 8 pro, beside the atrocious miui that can't even update properly and Tons of bugs, the hardware itself is very good still holding on it's own can even play those top games recently released, that being said I wish they address the software for all xiaomi devices it really is bad, in the meantime i am looking elsewhere for a new experience in mobile, probably back to samsung or something else

                  What got me excited is that the teaser mentioned "Global Launch". The translation in this article is not quite accurate. Meaning Redmi Note 12 series will be launched globally instead of the usual China first tradition.

                              I wonder if Xiaomi will ever return to compact budget phones, like Redmi series once was (loved redmi 3s). Xiaomi 12X is closest to that, but still it's in flagship price range.

                              Would love decent Redmi Note spec wise compact budget phone to happen.

                                  Dimensity 1080 isn't good enough for phones that are going to cost up to €400. Should be the Dimensity 8100. If they can put it in the €350 Poco X4 GT then they can put it in the Redmi Note 12 Pro

                                  Also I hope you're all ready for them to remove either the headphone jack or micro support and probably the charger in box too

                                    I doubt they can contain 200mpx + 210 watt changing under 330$

Plus always meant just larger size of the same model, Pro meant higher end model and Pro Max meant the largest and most feature filled model. It's simple and easy to remember.

                                        It kinda loses meaning when everyone just stuffs Pro+ on everything including 150€ models. Redmi 12 will be yet again this confusing mess of 550 models for some reason. I don't know why they do this.
