If there's one thing this phone shows, it shows that normal average consumers don't care about 6.8" 1440p+ 120Hz screens. A 6.5" 720p+ 60Hz is way more than enough for them. I do think that the depth sensor can be thrown away since it doesn't bring any kind of benefit whatsoever.

The smartphone with low ram amount are sluggish
2gb ram 3gb ram & 4gb ram are all kinda slow
Just the 1gb ram smartphone are crap
Android 12 is much slower than Android 11 or 10 you every complaints can be found about Android 12 on budget smartphones
Androidgo can only make a smartphone feel faster but it's not a good os either I don't know much about OneUl
I just know it's bloated and slow

Some apps draw ot... moreFirst of all, it's not Android Go. It's running Samsung's own OneUI skin which is basically OneUI, except a more lightweight and stripped-down version of the regular OneUI. Second of all, it does not have 1 or 2 GB RAM or 8 or 16 GB of storage at all. It has 2 variants:
3 GB/32 GB
4 GB/64 GB.
So it basically is still usable, and mind you, Android 12 runs way better and snappier on a 3/4 GB RAM smartphone compared to Android 11. That's the reason they chose to put Android 12 instead of Android 11, because they're not worried about heavy usage of system resources. Android 12 (OneUI Core) uses the same amount of system resources as Android 11 (OneUI Core).

Yeah that doesn't do anyone any favours on already low end smartphone
The Helio G35 is a better choice than putting in a unisoc processor like Unisoc SC9863A because battery life drains too fast with unisoc processor
Still it's a lot better than making there's smartphones with hardware that's still functional then
making Border line
landfilling garbage like the 1gb ram smartphone that just not worth paying the workers too manufacturer in First place or poor people who buy them and actually live with them trying too use them having no idea what they got themselves into

MediaTek Helio G35 good processor
3gb ram or 4gb ram just fine
32,GB or 64gb or 128gb just fine
Sluggish yes usable also yes
If someone really wanted too I can't see why they can't use this it target at budget market and being affordable

nobody is saying it should have beastly specs: using this extreme as an argument is stupid. we are simply saying that this phone shouldn't even exist. even spending a little more gets you far more usable devices from xiaomi

I don't recommend budget smartphone get gaming smartphone if u can afford it
Anyways what I found
I find it doubtful ram amount matter
GTA 3 & GTA vice city just don't need or care how much ram you got 1gb ram or 2gb ram
The games are old and don't ever get updates so I think it's a architecture problem with unisoc processor
Doom will run fine
Star miner works also
Nes games in emulator run
Saga games untested should work
PS1 games untested probably won't work
Browsers games likely want more ram or the browser it's self wants more ram so you got big problems
Mobile legends will show up on Google play store on Nokia c01 plus will download and install fine
But dreem on if you think you got any chance of playing a match the game force close ever time u can't play full stop
Polywar won't show up on Google play store and game app launch then force close it's self every time
Among us come on we can play this right ? wrong it shows up on Google play store download and install fine you join game then game starts game force closed itself can't play at all

There ar... moreApp developers definitely don't help by making apps heavy needing high system amounts of system resources and poor optimization and apps growing bigger and more ram hungry after every update only is worsening the already bad problem
The modern internet websites and browser keep changing and are not doing old smartphone and budget smartphone any favours with all of the updates there getting
Because software is so heavy and demanding needs updating biggest problems ever no legacy support for software too stay the same forever and work
it's why smartphone that would otherwise be smooth run so sluggish all of the time and only get worse over time

Some apps draw other apps but on Androidgo there not allowed
I had problems with websites on Androidgo just kicking me out
So my experience with Androidgo just horrible
Too many corner has been cut too make Androidgo version of Android
1gb ram smartphone just awful they used too have a place in the budget market as well as 512mb ram smartphones when ram was expensive too manufacturer
but now as 2023 is coming everyone should just avoid them just not worth buying anymore
I struggle too do even the most basic tasks on 1gb ram smartphone
Browser just closing it's self as apps get killed off out of ram
So realistically as low spec as you can go
is 2gb ram/16gb rom
This is bare minimum for usability and being unable
2gb ram smartphone are also dirt cheap and there still sluggish but they so much better it's night & day difference
1gb ram / 8gb storage you're going suffer with endless frustration
