I love companies that give us this option, so I can choose whether I prefer a screen only or a flip. Just like in the early millenia.

By the time they released it globally, Samsung will have a better Flip 5..6..7. Motorola should know that they are not living in the 90s anymore. Things are moving much faster than they thinking.

The razr has a better display, better ext... moreBecause of marketing and brand recognition.
As a device, the Moto is easily better looking and has a more functional secondary displau, but as far as sales go the Samsung will outsell it many times over.
Even with superior camera HW, it is unlikely that it will outperform the Samsung in that dept. Not because samsung has so good camera SW, they really don't - especially the night mode in S22 Ultra is rubbish on human subjects. Sadly Moto is weak in getting the best out of their cameras. I sure hope they up their game soon with regards to camera performance.

Overpriced compared to Galaxy Flip 4. Especially with bad software support from Motorola!
But good that at least some foldable is having global release, we need competition to Samsung, for big foldables too!

Anonymous, 25 Oct 2022Gladly it does not look like makeup box like galaxy flip Yeah it's not as bad as the Flip but this RAZR still looks female orientated in it's design. I think mostly women buy flip phones now which is why.
