Eg: extra ram features, apps freeze or crashes, internet connection drops then and their, over heat issue and somany things are there.
Myself and my friends always like stock android for better experience. Now samsung not given proper security updates as they promised (quarterly updates) and even they don't give charger for their new phones but they increase their phone sizes like brick sizes (6.5" , 6.6" , 6.7" , 6.8"). at the same time they using stupid macro and micro cameras at rear side. It's looks ugly and unwanted decoration and unwanted cost for buyers. If they stop these unwanted things then they may be get more customers.

It's funny how "still making money" while, "not increasing the amount of money they are making" is this horrible thing.
OH DEAR GOD WE AREN'T MAKING 5 billion dollars! we are only making 4 billion now. How will our poor Stockholders buy a 3rd yacht now!?!?!

Samsung make great phones, I’ve come to liking my fold 3 a bit more. But that battery life is becoming more of an issue. Especially after getting an IPhone 14 pro max

So what you said is not true, They sold lot of highend and Fold and Flip made division to have solid profit.
Other divisions like TV and Monitors profit was halved which cause overall profit to decrease.

they used the profit from regular phones to make more foldables which regular people realize don't make much sense especially at the price they sell so the only surprise is that the decline is only 24%
