Realme GT2 Pro gets Android 13

I have recently purchased gt2pro and all functions are working correctly other that the android update.
It says that version is up to date but android 12 with UI 3.0 is installed. Location is UAE. Please help on this issue.

Updated 3 days ago to android 13, phone is freezing, cant answer calls, cant charge phone at all or charge at very low speed, cant listen music to speakers, phone is constantly warm and lagy
EU rom, no google certification from day 1, so no netflix and other apps and google wallet not working.
I sand mails to Realme but they not help at all.
Phone is 7 months old.
700 Euros for this 12/256 and phone is worse than phone for 200€.
I will never buy Realme again !!!

Updated to 13 today and have lost WhatsApp notifications and NFC.....

Got the update two days ago and my phone is running smooth and fast. The only issue I have encountered is Youtube vanced is having some hiccups playing in the background while the phone is locked.

Glad to see BBK get more serious about their phones, on a global scale. Look forward to receiving the update. I imported the global version to the US and it has been working very well. I don't have the same complaints as I've seen others post about, so I look forward to it getting even better.

Got the update like a day ago on my paper white 8gb variant of GT2 Pro. And I was already running the beta Android 13 realme UI. Those previous updates were pretty small at around 600mb or so. But this one was freaking 5.5 GB out of nowhere.
Fixes:
The system has become a lot smoother compared to all the previous updates.
The notification island now shows up in proper sizes.
RAM management was tweaked. But still needs much improvement.
Share window animation has been fixed.
New:
New charging animation for SuperDart.
Bugs:
The call app icon is broken when material you theme based icons are applied.
YouTube Vanced has playback hiccups. Videos get paused every now and then. I believe it's a RAM issue.

Realme GT2 Pro Global has get Android 13 a few days ago in Malaysia.The update makes my phone smoother but I wish realme add owner's display name on lock screen that have been requested by users for a long time.My phone still shows the display name but it's display an old name from my previous smartphone when I transfer all my date from old phone to realme GT2 Pro.The charging animation also changed

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2022Aquamorphic is literally what both OnePlus OxygenOS 13 and ... moreIf it's stable, fluid, timely updated(unlike 1yr late update), bug free, bloatware free it's not a big deal if don't differentiate ...but realme has tonns of ads & bloatware, Oppo too has bloatware.. only OnePlus has all above mentioned benefits.
