That's a way to kill the chin I guess I would personally rather have a waterfall display on too and bottom and have the ports on the side

Even old S6 edge which was first phone with curved edges screen replacement cost 300.
Way too much for too nothing.

My old Huawei mate 10 has like 79mm width and it is the largest and widest display compared to any 2022 phones despite only has 5.9inch..

Samsung has a lot to answer for with this curved screen nonsense. People don't seen to realise it's just a numbers game so manufacturers can claim a bigger size screen without making the phone feel bigger in the hand. In every other practical way a curved screen is garbage. 6.7" screen you say?.....yeah but at least .5 of that is wrapped round the corner where it ruins your viewing experience and serves no other purpose

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2022Even the cam bump has curved edges now. 🤦🏻♂️ Dust tends to collect around hard edges so it makes sense to curve the camera island. With that being said, I dislike curved displays.
