Agreed. Huawei put themselves in this situation because they thought they were untouchable like Ye. They got away with the IP theft of Nortel and no one noticed the impact until years later because there was enough internal disarray to mask what they were doing.

Neither is Samsung that probably sells the most number of Android phones in USA. So definitely something Huawei was upto, that's why they were banned

If you think he gives them some special treatment because he's so "patriotic" and whatnot, you couldn't be more wrong. Also I'm pretty sure Xiaomi is a big "threat" and they are operating just fine. I see no reason for them to get banned, because they don't do weird things like Huawei did.

Partly because of Chinese phones lately offering nothing more than crazy charging speeds and inflated figures. OnePlus is on oxygen since a while. OPPO and vivo being overpriced and just mediocre quality and design etc. Xiaomi and Samsung are the only ones offering some good Android devices. Pixel too, but it is just the 6a that is worth buying, 7 being priced as much as an iPhone 13 probably won't attract a lot of buyers

And don't forget to mention that iPhone 14 only came to shops in second half of September, so its price did not affect earnings that much. New iPads and other had no influence at all.
