02 November 2022
The company couldn't add one on the Galaxy Z Fold4 due to weight and thickness limitations.

for me my first concern is screen film easily make bubble on top and than spread up, if there still warranty i'm not worry. but after 1 years no warranty extended. in indonesia it cost around Rp 7.500.000 or around USD 480 to replace it.

It's so expensive. i almost buy this beatifull phone, now i see my friends got bubble on top middle screen after use 3 months, i still worries why would i biught phone that cannot last 2 years at least

in that order: better battery life, flagship camera and a bonus S-pen is what it takes for me to switch to foldable (been Galaxy S and Note User since 2010)

Fold 4 is my first and won't be my last foldable phone. The big screen is just awesome for everything, I don't wanna go back to slab phones

sounds good on paper but, foldables have very limited internal space even unable to fit a proper battery, cooling and camera hardware.spen will be another lost internal space.how can technology solve a bigger problem which even couldn't be solved today?

Funny how fast samsung find excuses.
Correct should be if they did not add S-Pen due to a fact it could damage and break inner screen on a first swipe.
                      Upcomming will be same.
Because some muscular types of man dont have hands like a child or a poor woman i bet they will make screen scratches even with S-Pen which will be compatible with folding phone.

Im all for the better camera, for the spen slot, I am not sure how they'd do that.

For one the opened fold is already almost as thin as the s-pen for the note series, there is no way to put the spen inside without making half the slab thicker, otherwise it will create a vulnerable weak spot in the spen storage area.

Also, the note phone spens are way too small for me to write anyway, the fold spen and the spen pro is much closer to the size of a regular pen(cil) and is much easier to use. Yes i have to get a seperate pen, but at least i can use it better.

The fold devices have been one of the most useful devices ive ever used - and catches the eye whenever i use it on meetings. I was able to get rid of my tablet(s). Should they make the camera on par with the s series ultra, then there is no need for me to carry a second camera phone.

loooool - i'm laughing my head off at samsung and the stupid reasoning. And who, please, set the limits...? some higher almighty power or some samsung manager????

LG has shown it with its Rollable concept. Unlike foldable where you are stuck with two screens, you can further extend the screen with the rollable mechanism. I won't be surprised to see anyone make a rollable phone that can extend all the way into a legit large tablet.

Fold user here and don't care about the stylus. The annoying aspect ratio is an issue though. The 4:3 of the OG Fold made the most sense and everything since has become more and more useless.

Yes, they wanted but weren't able.. What a joke, especially regarding the better cameras. Half of the Chinese companies managed that and only the big Samsung wasn't able, sure. It was just easy not to do it (and cheaper), let's be honest.

Oh, and also, regarding the creator: how to show the rest how smart you are - mention "CAGR" without explaining to the readers what that is.

That would be great, though I'd rather see the Flip with the s-pen, even a smaller one, maybe a telescope pen.

If his pans out it would be wonderful. That's what I've been waiting for. Just give me an integrated s pen and the best camera system and I'm sold.
