Even worse than in the IE days, because Chrome is owned by Google, and Google has more power on that regard than microsoft did in the IE monopoly days.
Anyone going deeper into the story around Chrome nowdays would discover how creepy and bad it is, that Chrome has such monopoly nowdays.

Yes, Samsung's recommended adblockers more often than not are useless.

Not all browsers use the same engine, and it's important to keep some diversity to avoid going back to the days of Internet Explorer, when the monopoly meant IE was dictating standards.

Earlier I was using Kiwi because of Extension support (uBlock), then I switched to Firefox and it supported extensions as well & Kiwi wasn't updated regularly compared to Chrome.
Now last week I switched to Brave, it has an in-built Ads, Trackers, blocking. It's based on Chromium (Blink) so performance is better than Firefox's (Quantum) engine.
Sync is different compared to Chrome and Firefox as you don't create an account instead there's a long sentence password.
When I owned a S10+, I had used Samsung's browser 2-3 times but didn't like it.

I have no idea why i need other browser than chrome, because they just using the same chrome engine & with added extra features that makes it more heavy, also there are several problem with other browser in some sites.

I like the samsung browser better than the google chrome because it has a dark mode that makes the webpages dark. Very useful for amoled screens and when using it in the bed at dark.

This is cool, I don't think Samsung browser is missing anything at this point. This was the only missing feature I complained about years ago, now I don't need it anymore but it finally came :).

I don't understand, Google itself has included chrome as a default internet browser for Android.. Then why are these damn vendors still adding their own internet browser? isn't that a very ultra ridiculous act?

I've tried many browsers. For Android Opera is the best right now. Pretty fast with good adblocker built in. For Windows Chrome is the best. Though it isn't amazing but it is very fast. No any browser is that rocket fast like Chrome. I use Adblock Plus as it is very lightweight compared with other adblockers.

I've seen the snipes in multiple articles about people who rightly are pissed about basic features like sd card slots and headphone jacks being removed)
