              hi everybody....
This t700 seems to be a gem of a phone, if u go by the specs and the design as well as the pricing...
But the problem with sonyericsson phones are that outgoing call quality is below average, as i myself have had experienced.
I had used k660, k550i, k610, in all these phones the outgoing call quality was below average, especially from a noisy environment.....................

You guys are really stupid, I think you don't know that the old is gold. And this handset is really!!!!! beautiful and it has all sleek and brilliant looks. Even if it is the polished version of the old model but still it is absolutely pleasing.

                    Facing off the truth news.

Sony's profit slumps by 47%, due to poor sales of mobile phone handsets [ 01-08-2008 15:53 ]
Author: Serge Novikov Source: NYTimes Translation by: Administrator

Sony Ericsson have been in a slump of sorts recently, what with them issuing their second profit warning this year, attributed to less than stellar sales of mobile phones. On the Sony side of things, their quarterly profit fell by almost half – 47%, to be precise. Sony said it anticipated weak sales of its mobile phone handsets, as, recently, they have been facing stiff competition, from the likes of Nokia, and Samsung. Plus the global economic slowdown along with yen's appreciation and higher fuel and raw materials prices also have had a hand in Sony's latest downfall, although most other Japanese exporters have felt the severe effects of the abovementioned factors too. Another factor could be attributed to the fact that the company has struggled to get some handsets to market on time – and even cancelling some – such as their Paris handset, which, by all accounts, was simply lackluster all-round – that could potentially make loyal customers lose faith in the company, resulting in a potential loss of sales.

Another SE disappointment. If this was released last year and went head-to-head with the excellent Nokia 6500 classic I could see the point of this phone. As it stands, it offers little extra than Nokia's phone that has been out almost a year.

And SE wonder why they are struggling...
