I had an S3 and switched off smart stay as i thought it was too gimmicky. This just takes the piss for laziness of users. And no i don't hate samsung as i have had a few of their devices (and they have been the better ones i have used), but do not like this. However i can appreciate the complexities of the algorithm.

The most usless piece of crap in the entire hystory of mobile innovation,typical for samdung.i think it work best at night,or when the person behind you stares at your screen,or when you wear sunglasses,or when something distract your atte tion and you need to watch and scroll randomly,etc..

Come on! Eye scroll? That supposes a very powerful and reliable eye gaze tracking algorithm. That's quite difficult to achieve and if it is achieved it leads to more CPU power consumption.

besides, we don't know for sure what it's going to look like or what texture it's going to come with. you have to wait for March 14 for that.

Oh come on...so much hate for Samsung! Smart-stay doesn't work?! Boy you must been using the wrong smartphone! It works and it's one the best ideas I've ever saw for anyone who likes to read on the phone. Eye-scrowling it's a fail?! I'm I reading some privileged persons here that already used it and I don't know? Wait for 14 march or for it to come out...GOD, anyone that has that amount of hate for Samsung must go see a doctor. And then I see useless comments on how HTC innovates with ultapixels and SONY with stamina mode?! Man, you must be on drugs...don't get me wrong because I do like HTC and love SONY but the best they still come out in the last editions in HTC with Zoe's capabilities and SONY with design wich already is a normal standard from them. Give Samsung a break and let they do their magic ;)
