Some that probably don't use Samsung have been complaining that One UI is filled with bloats and too heavy. Now, imagine how loud their cries would be if Samsung integrated this into the system.

the phone indu... moreYeah, the US has nothing to be excited about for the S23 series (200MP sensor on the Ultra is going to do nothing substantial) but it will sell like hotcakes because 'reasons".
At this point, I only care about Sony, Asus (ROG included), and MAYBE Motorola if they do something different (Dimensity 9200 for the US would spark my interest).

More RAM, megapixels, screen etc just a stupid game of figures. They don't innovate in other areas where required but keep inflating the spec sheet to sell overpriced phones

Taptap has been around for ages. And Pixel has the edge sense stuff years ago and got rid of it because no one used it.

I don't see the importance of this since it's a regional thing Samsung should have implemented the the Good lock as a system setting rather than downloading it separately

the phone industry appears to be brain-dead right now, stalling and lacking of cool ideas. The current era of "innovative" stuff includes nothing more than gimmicks. By that I mean gimmicks that are genuinely not useful (*stares at iPhone 14 Dynamic Island*).
Maybe it has stalling been since the considerably lackluster development of the Galaxy S23 series compared to the S22 imo...I mean at least Europe is getting all snapdragon Samsungs now.
Besides that, I don't know what Samsung is doing but i think they are starting to get VERY comfortable with their greedy phase. I think all companies are, actually :-(

I just installed this new module on my S22U and it works great!! I love the back tap gesture and the settings shortcuts
