            Because in Euro, the Reno8 Pro should be at most same price as the Samsung.

                The Galaxy A53 is 489€ with 256 GB.

                    But the comment section on this was was always "india orientated" , so I would not bother reacting to these people, they hate any brand that is not a dirt cheap chinese one.

                    And there is absolutely nothing wrong with Xiaomi and others, but the hate against others here (all comment sections on this site) is beyond silly most of the time.

                        Second, people always use that excuse of "being a bigger market"

                        Phones like Oppo or Xiaomi are dirt cheap in countries like India for a reason, otherwise they would not sell.

                              It's like a friend of mine who lives in south east asia, and where he lives a can of original Coca Cola is, calculated to euro around €0.09.

                              Meanwhile in my country they go for €0.75.

                              I mean that is fun and all that it is cheap over there, but for me that does not change anything price wise where I live.

                              So my opinion and that of many living in the more expensive countries, will be different with such matters.

                              Also before someone does start about "you earn more", answer is we do, but still the price difference is too large.

                              That and the fact that phone is still (in my country) €705 while A53 goes for €300.

                              So yeah, it is what it is.

                                        So no not really a midranger (actually a very expensive phone I dare to say)

                                        That and the fact none of the Oppo phones got the A13 download over here, so that release is at least in my country purely on paper, while Samsung ones are actually available now)
