Mollisol, 13 Nov 20225W what a joke bye. As long as your charging is slow & ... moreI think wireless charging should get in there as cheaply as possible to have it on the spec sheet, hence only 5 watts. For people who charge their phone wirelessly in the car to play music or use navigation, it should be enough, but not for full charging.

Why should the internal DAC that the engineer threw into his mid-range device for $2 be better than an external DAC?

Plz restore the headphone jack, why do companies go out of their way to remove useful features? Sad!

I have a Pixel 5a which is the last with 3.5. The sound quality with the DAC is clearer and it has more channel separation than the 3.5. I used the same headphones for both trials.

I can say that I hv no plan to change it even though I hv the Sony WH headphone (and yes, it sounds better, has a much better noise cancellation and it offers more features) due to its practicality. I don't have to sacrifice a lot of space in my bag to store the case (or I can simply put it in the pocket), it's steadier whenever I'm on the move and I can wirelessly charge it using my phone if it dies. Battery life wise, I don't hv any problem using it for 4+ hours with more than 50% volume.
I don't get the TWS slander, whether they sound worse or isolate less noise compared to a headphone, practicality is still a big deal for most people (and price too since it's cheaper on avg).

The masses have spoken and they prefer convenience over audio quality. you can have a different opinion and chose other products but you shouldn't confuse YOUR OPINION with the GENERAL CONSENSUS.
I have fairly cheap buds (25€) and they last me 3+ hours on 75% volume after 3 years of use and I don't need more battery life 🤷♂️

Google makes wireless ear... moreusing that excuse is nonsense. wireless earbuds couldnt compete wired earphones. in terms of sound quality, unless you are a simpleton who doesnt know about audio. that makes sense. but i'd rather go with wireless headphones instead. you get more battery life than tws that last you 30 minutes per playback. if you have claims that they last more than that, you probably listen to music at 20% volume. i usually listen at 80% vol. (sometimes full volume)
