Netflix now lets you kick out unwanted devices from account

The feature gives the chance for the main account to remove freeloaders that are sharing the account.

    There is so many lot better competitors outiste to chose from that noone would care about netflix maybe only few users who never tried anything better than netflix.

It has nothing to do with Netflix not seeing what was coming. Netflix has said, their goal is to become HBO (Warner) before HBO could become Netflix. The only way Netflix would get any exclusive access to the content you are talking about is to buy a major studio, which they were never in a position to do.

                          Now, I would say it's too late for them. They don't have their own studios or big blockbusters, and they never were wise enough to bind in a contract for streaming exclusives with Warner/Disney/Paramount.

                              Thought the company had went out of business. Minimumly, i don't think it has been a major player in the streaming business for a while now, due to hotter competitors.
