Sustained performance will suffer again due to overheat. This is just a rebranded Exynos and ought to be cheaper than the snapdragon version. But we are stupid, only a massive boycott would reason them, same goes for chargers.

Just reading these overclocked Snapdragon SOCs will be made in Samsung's foundries not TSMC. I don't believe that bodes well.

They could have went for downclocking the SoC, added and/or added a larger battery and advertised it as something with "all day battery", ect. Why do they think faster is a selling point anyway? Flagships aren't known for slowness.

Yet honestly it didn't make a big difference and software is better now with the newer flagships with the single front lens.

Goodbye Exynos i am not so sure about that.
And when comes to CPU i bet upcomming ROG will be even better i mean they will overclock snapdragon gen 2 to a heights no samsung phone could handle.

Main thing I'm worried about is that this "special version" of SD 8 Gen2 could be not manufactured by TSMC, but by Samsung and disguised as a SD 8 Gen2 Plus/Pro or whatever, so that Samsung could mislead their buyers that they will get the superior TSMC manufacturing process, but in reality... Eh... Hope I'm wrong. But like, SD 888 and the SD 8 Gen1 were manufactured by Samsung and that's why they got such a bad reputation. SD 888 and the SD 8 Gen1 is the same as Exynos.
