Da (smart) phone is built from the touch up and it's intuitive even as it has a small pocket factor. No one has a need to use an IR cam on a PC except for identifying the user. It's not Dimensity 9000.
Dimensity have codes : mt68xx or mt69xx
9000 is mt6983.
Screen capture shows mt8798.
Mt8798 is probably a new Kompanio T based on Dimensity 9000. Mt81xx and mt87xx used to be soc for tablets and Chromebook.
Kompanio used to be for Chromebook.
Kompanio T for Android tablets.
Usually, there are some slight differences :
- support of higher definitions (Dimensity 9000 is WQHD limited...this mt8798 seems to go beyond these limits
- supports external screens (maybe 2 on this one?)
For exemple Dimensity 1100 is limited to fullhd+, no external screen are possible.
Kompanio 1300T is based on Dimensity 1100 but :
- QHD+ is possible
- 4k external screen is possible.

The problem with 4k laptops is that the touchscreen circuitry in grainy up close.
