The truth is weather Samsung copied or not. They are the #1 selling smart phones right now. I think they all copy just look at the new LG. It looks just like the Note 2. Cheap plastic,poor build quality and a copycat(according to some people) and Samsung has still managed to be on top? I THINK THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE COMPETITION LOL..

Reported problems-
The phone reboots randomly.The "Portico" update was intended to fix these random reboot issues, but unfortunately the issues remain after the update.
Some users have complained that the battery drains too fast and the phone overheats.Aloysius Low from CNET Asia did not notice such a fast rate of battery drain on other smartphones even with the same usage pattern.After the Portico update the battery seems to be offering more power than before.
Videos larger than 4GB get corrupted when transferred to the computer.
Issues when pairing with various car bluetooth systems causing much consternation amongst drivers[34] The Portico update is expected to fix those issues.
In good light the photos are disappointingly soft.Nokia delivered an update to make the appropriate adjustments to correct the issue

Nokia's riding the wrong ship headed in the wrong direction. The trouble they're in, they had it coming.
I wouldn't be surprised if this move by Nokia is due to Elop's prodding. Just my two cents. Peace. Out.

Thats how Apple won. Companies sue other companies every day, it was different this time because Apple had physical evidence and not just a copyright infringement.

The patent thing is the only way for Apple to impede Sasung's speed while cracking their head to come out with new ideas.
Very unfortunate that Apple has run out of new idea.
They can no longer able to substain the business.
There are way many substitution of idevices which are value for money.
