"The unimpressive results of 522 for a single core and 1,710 for multiple cores could be partially down to non-finalized software,"
or it could be because D700 use older cortex A76 cores which stuck in around 500 geekbench 5 score, unless you clock it at 3ghz cortex A76 wont reach 700 in geekbench 5.
