Being able to zoom this much with phones nowadays and get an usable picture is amazing.
And not everyone have or want to buy a big DSLR to zoom...

    Unfortunately 1" camera sensor on a smartphone with tiny optics didn't prove to be a game changer. Without proper processing / AI implementation it is rather gimmick or a marketing trick, nothing else.

      Ultrazoom is nonsense in phone, who will shoot sport, wildlife etc with phone? Nobody. For this i have CSC.. I just want ONE ussable cam in phone for some normal "pocket photos" everywhere where im. For other "special situations" photos u have CSC, DSLR etc.. photos from phone are still photos from phone, not so good except Whatsapp etc.

Ultrawide + wide + standard lens + small zoom. Almost perfect. But it is my personal opinion only. I would even exchange one of the zooms for better quality ultrawide, and better quality second zoom. And I mean slightly bigger sensors. A phone with a 1" main sensor with good processing and something around 16 Mpix output, ultrawide with a sensor around 1/1.5" and 16 Mpix output, and zoom 2.5x with a sensor of around 1/1.5" and 16 Mpix output is my dream.

          Could you expand on this, is this new tech? How does it different from what we have now , say how different is this from latest IMX989? What kind of improvements can we expect.

              Most of the specs on this one seem impressive except the two chosen zoom ranges.
              Sony would make it's own 1inch image sensors redundant, by 2023, as soon as quad gain sensors or 2-Layer Transistor Pixel sensors hit the market. The 1inch sensor size does seem very impressive, expecially combining it with quad pixel technology.
              Hopefully real world users would be able to state how good the image quality on the new X9 series is, especially the 1inch sensor camera.

                  phone tall but too narrow..i dont care care about brand i just wanted a wide display so i had no choice but to w8 s23 ultra

                      as a vivo X60 Pro user, all I can say is that vivo phones look very stunning and vivo also knows how to advertise its products (thanks to its marketing team). But don't be the victim of that beauty and a marketing gimmick(!!!). In reality, their flagship phones are very uncomfortable to handle (because of curvelate, edge). I have dropped my phone so many times that I lost my count. I don't even want to talk about its rubbish Funtouch OS. It is so boring, uncomfortable, and full of bugs that you feel you are using a phone from 2018s when Android OS was unstable. However, the camera part is where my phone shines. It shoots really good photos especially at the night. But quality of the video is bad (((.
                      At the end, I advise vivo phones only for taking photos but nothing else.

                        Samsung is not gonna take money out of own pockets to spend on companies they own like Harman-Kardon and other.

                        Revenue of Oppo + Vivo is below Samsung Mobile.

                              Phone companies waste efforts trying to just push big figures every year and basically just soup up that spec-sheet that appeals to buyers. More RAM, more pixels, more cameras, bigger screens, more charging speeds etc etc. It's like an android fapship instead of flagship. Android boys get turned on by that and be like, take all my money and give me that 16 GB phoneeee AAAA!!!!! POWERR
