What I have been wondering is, do the COVID restrictions in China affect other companies' smartphone factories too or only Foxconn/Apple Inc.? Why do I see so many reports only about Foxconn "iPhone city/campus" when there are numerous phone factories in China? Is media only covering Apple Inc.-related issues? Why do I not hear about similar manufacturing disruptions, horror stories and riots in other smartphone manufacturers? Are other brands affected or not?

They sell Android (or Windows) not because they really think Android (or Windows) is best, but just because they want to sell and make money but they can't put iOS (or macOS) in their products. They advertise their products which they themselves don't use with fake excitement front stage, while all running full Apple Inc. products back stage. They don't deserve respect. At least Apple Inc. people believe in their own products.
