Anonymous, 30 Nov 2022Good news 🙏I'm really so happy

They have a microSD card and headphone jack, and I'm willing to pay extra for that. (please don't let this age like milk, don't remove those features Sony)

PhoneFreak45, 30 Nov 2022Sorry that's not what I meant and the miscommunication... moreIt's almost like there's a huge market in the phone business, but no-ones taking care of it.
The standout devices I've seen recently are the Samsung Xcover6 Pro, Samsung A52-S, and Sony Xperia 5 mk IV. But all of these devices have some deficiency or another.

In the case of the A52-S, Samsung realised their mistake and quickly took that device off shelves (it was eating into their S-line sales). Sony is overpriced and unavailable in most countries, with low stock. The xCover 6 Pro isn't even sold for retail, but for business owners.

They say vote with your wallet, but that is not possible if you need a phone, and there is nothing that fits your wants properly.

Rotciv Ikias, 30 Nov 2022Vivo is not a charity organisation, how would you expect Vi... moreSorry that's not what I meant and the miscommunication is entirely my fault. I'm meaning to say that the S22 series is expensive. When you can get another companies top of the line for just 100$ more than one companies bottom of the barrel premium phone, that seems pretty overpriced to me.

PhoneFreak45, 30 Nov 2022If only a Vivo X90 Pro+ wasn't just 100$ more than a b... moreVivo is not a charity organisation, how would you expect Vivo x90 pro+ to be the same price with vanilla s22.THATS JUST RIDICULOUS

in reality, people are waking up and realising that how ugly and impractical the dynamic island and not having fingerprint scanner is. also the price is always minimum 200$ extra. even the price of charger is often forgotten by people.
So, they are looking for excuses to hide how unpopular thier products are.

Anonymous, 30 Nov 2022So true. But Samsung is doing well now. Good software suppo... moreIf only a Vivo X90 Pro+ wasn't just 100$ more than a base model S22... And if only it had a headphone jack and MicroSD. Then I'd give them my money. Begrudgingly, because I don't like their advertising, but still.
