I don't really want a clamshell device (i.e. the Razr), since it's really hard to justify the buy if the only reasons are 'looks cool' and 'it's smaller', so Motorola is out of the question and I'd probably spend more money on things like 'the ability to actually put the folding screen to good use' and 'the ability to multitask on a phone that can unfold into a tablet' which are things that apparently only Samsung bothers to do. If some other brand actually put effort into optimizing the experience for folding then they could (and should) actually compete with Samsung's offering.
Do note that I do not know what the final software on the Honor Magic Vs looks like so if it has a taskbar, the ability to resize splitscreen (and have 3 windows at once), and is actually optimized when using apps in 'half-way folded mode' then I'd actually consider it when buying a foldable.

Xiaomi Fold is slimmer, lighter have more configuration, bigger batteries, faster charging speeds better cameras and cost way less than Samsung with much worse said specs of Xiaomi Fold.
Many other brandsa re same. A lot better specced devices for a lot less.
Pick what suits you best i dont care but you only tossing money out of the window to a company which will never educate from its mistakes and will never do as customers please.

Plus, you can uninstall the bloatware easily on any OneUI (and other branded phones) using adb.

Man those specs differ a lot. Having 8 inch device with laughable charging speeds and tiny battery only Samsung can do that. User interface, user experience and overall software integration is a lot better everywhere else but not in Samsung since specs are what matters Samsung Bloatware, Samsung bloatware experience does not impress anyone . If you does not trust me its your problem rest of people know i am right.

Honor Magic Vs Ultimate sounds good on paper,looks OK,at that screen I want 2 tb off storage if not given card support.
Honor 80 series doesn't have xiaomi super fast charge and yet again no card support!

All of them are passable for most people. Foldable is still a niche market. Honor 80 series? Who the hell they mess up by excluding OIS? Even Poco F4 has it, and it's cheaper.

The voting for the 80 series is so negatively Absurd, I am seeing 90% pass and just 28% support for the 80 se😂😂😂😂😂😂.it can't get any worse
As for the Vs,the biggest mistake honor made was to make a ultimate version for the 16gb ram and stylus support.I dont know why this Chinese brands just like unecessary launching of models WHY CANT THE Vs JUST HAVE AN OPTION TO UPGGRADE TO THAT

Every other comapny making foldables gives a lot more specs and features for less in price than Samsung.
Since this is real every company giving foldables or flipable phones are way, WAY LOT BETTER than Samsung will ever be.
Samsung aint bad but they highly overpricing their products and giving lot less specs too.
Paying more for heavier, more bulky and thick phones with smaller batteries, worse cameras, worse charging speeds, less memory options and worse many else this is exactly what makes Samsung forst foldable phone cmpany and developer.
