I think this is the final design...Samsung Mobile USA has posted a hint photo of S4 with the below wording...
"The countdown for The Next Big Thing has begun. Who’s ready for the Global Unpacked Event on March 14?"

I think it looks ok. Metal strip around the outside and carbon type finish look nice.... the haters will say it looks crap no matter the design.
I dont think this will be the final phone... i dare say samsung will want it to look a little more different to the SGS3 and Note 2.
PS i think the bezel will be half that size.

The Galaxy S3 casing cover was made of polycarbonate

I'd rather go for function that looks, if this has the function then it's better than getting something that looks good and doesn't have any.
Tbh if these rumours are true it's going to be the most powerful and versatile phone out there. I mean it'll always have a micro sd and removable battery.

No way is this the final design. Too large a bezel (for Samsung's flagship) and they will not have it looking identical to last year's standardbearer.
As well as being top specced it has to look different in order for it to be immediately recognised as the latest Galaxy S.
Whatever the final design of the GS4 is (sorry haters, this ain't it) for the GN3 being a bigger version of it whenever that is released to signal the Next Gen Galaxy style.

I am iPhone user for the last 3 years and looking to switch to Android.
I loved SG NOTE 2 but was waiting for Samsung Galaxy S 4 1080 P Super Amoled Displau.
And the only thing I want more is NON PLASTIC body.
Some one using an iPhone and wanna switch can only understand this situation.
You don't pay a premium for a plastic.
If Samsun turns out again to be plastic, I would then look to HTC ONE ( But not Sony Experia Z as I used it at O2 and terribly laggy compared to my iPhone 4, which happens to be single core ).
So Samsung don't screw it up as this time iPhone users wanna jump your band wagon but plastic is definitely not our taste
