          So who actually was stranded and died in Alaska before that SOS thing? Have people been stranded and dying in Alaska monthly every month until last month?

            Yea, but the phone's screen was manufactured by Samsung...
            The man wouldn't be able to use the phone and trigger the SOS if he couldn't activate and navigate the function via the screen.
            So technically, Samsung saves people first!

During the early days of YouTube, I would watch CNET all the time and James Kim was featured in a lot of them. Look up his story if you're too young to know it or just unaware. He died on my 26th birthday and the year Steve Irwin died.
