Weekly poll: is the Xiaomi 13 Pro your next flagship? What about the vanilla Xiaomi 13?

Both are Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 phones, but the Pro stands out with its Ultra-like camera with a 1" sensor. The vanilla phone is smaller than any other 8 Gen 2 device out there.

With these prices, why would anyone buy a Xiaomi? Here where live, Xiaomi 12 is more expensive than Galaxy S22 and Redmi phones are priced similar to Samsung A series phones. I would only prefer Xiaomi over to Samsung if its cheaper. Xiaomi has no advantage over to Samsung if they are priced similarly.

    Nope. Xiaomi manufactures fine hardware, no doubt about it but when it comes to software and updates then showrunners are taken over by ghosts of incompetents. Now why would I shell out serious cash on their top tier device when their MIUI is appalling, updates aren't frequent and takes effort to get rid of hidden bloatwares with adb even in EU roms. They're simply deeply integrated in their MIUI.

    These bloatwares probably belong to their low/mid tier devices where customer simply doesn't care.

        Voted no for both regardless of specs . There are expensive considering that there are still more phones to be released next year and prices will drop or I can get last year flagship.

                        Expect bad battery life for Xiaomi 13 series, someone did xiaomi 13 review he gotten 3 hrs SOT with around 45% battery left..im gonna pass. I assume battery edurance will be below 90hrs
