All the OnePlus hating needs to stop. I'd get this over a watered down boxy Galaxy S22+ in a heart beat. Only thing OnePlus needs to do is come out with a foldable like their sister brand.

People complained about 8T and 11 being limited to 60 in most games, except for the ones that had been whitelisted/whatever it took to get past 60 on OnePlus phones back then. It's not just a OOS 12/13 thing. BBK phone stuff.

Any oneplus running oxygen 12 which is when it became color os reskin is now capped at 60fps gaming which is why i bought myself a xiaomi 12t pro. Love my oneplus 8 but updates have ruined it. Like hell I'm paying £700-800 for a device that's capped.

It wasn't exactly slow before, but oh boy - the more recent versions do run way smoother. So there has been very good progress as well. UI is different, but personally that doesn't bother me at all.

I ask you something.
Samsung for example comes with Samsung brownser and google chrome at a same time both act as a must have apps and both does same works as brownser.
Same goes for Samsung notes and google notes, Samsung calendar and google calendar, samsung clocks google clocks and like 10 other apps.
Other brands like Xiaomi and MUI, Color OS, Funntouch OS, Realme UI, Zenfon UI and many else is likely the same.
Tons of same apps by google and by UI.
Cant believe you can call FEATURES same apps you already have there from google.
Apart from costing you lot of disk space and ram those extra apps does nothing extra because you already have them from google and those are usually better.
For example there is no better and no more used internet brownser than google chrome which is most used brownser by people.
Just an example Samsung UI is aproximetely 6GB of bloatware and a 1TB of ram eaten by those blaotware apps running on backround.
In case of Samsung A04, A13, M04, etc if you have phone with 2-3GB of ram and 32GB of disk space in half year you will get phone with almost zero disk space left after many updates of just apps which you already have there and and almost no ram left to run your phone properly even for most basic tasks like calls and texts.
So once again please how that featureless phone can be worse than feature rich in your opninion after my said reasons???

Oneplus 11 global or EU version will run Oxygen OS which is likely same thing like pure android experience. No bloatware inside which slows down your phone eats a lot of ram and disk space like in Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo, Vivo etc.
Just most basic google apps and thats it.

But yeah, ... moreMan google is not for me since its nothing just an overpriced midranger with lot of updates,
Midranger because slow charging in box, low mpix camera front and back worse screen than most flagships and worse many else.
4-7 OS updates wont cut it because i usualy have my phone for 2-3 years when i am going to swap for a new one.
Last thing i am dreaming about is to end with an updated phone with outdated hardware unable to run games i usualy play and a phone which takes too much time to charge.

Without carl pei OnePlus os has become crap it's no more OnePlus just brand it oppo now. Honestly i used nothing phone 1 i immediately realized what a good software experience it is. If nothing has top of the line specs and camera that will be my next phone.
