Can't you use ADB to uninstall them? I never had a Samsung so I don't know if it works, currently using my 3rd Oneplus device, and any app can be uninstalled with ADB.

If you need to back up your files there is cloud storage for that. And no, WQHD is totally useless. Smartphone screens are not large enough to see any noticeable difference compared to FHD. All WQHD panels do is hog up the battery. Of course you can tune it down to FHD, but then why need WQHD in the first place?

I would not buy one Samsung phone without those Apps: they are there because they offer features no one else offers years before the trailing competition. Take alone the Gallery App: erasing objects and unblurring photos were available long before Google introduced them.
If you didn’t want them, you would not want a Galaxy phone.

Just bring back the SD card slot, the 3.5mm jack and WQHD+ @120 display on the Plus version and I'll get one.
I've played around with the S22 Plus (green color) and it felt so smooth and I was wowed by the build quality! Too bad it doesn't have the SD card slot 😞

They do not provide added convenience. They're generally less safe than alternatives, and they're primarily designed to brainwash you into activating even more Google bloat. You know, the thing bloatware is designed to do.
