I own TicWatch 3 pro, since 24 December no sleep tracking. Mobvoi app don't show any data steps, heart rate etc.

They haven't updated to Wear OS 3, with no info from Mobvoi. Now they want people to pay for an update? Many people stated they'll never buy another, with the poor customer service.

The watch's sleep tracking data is so random and bad that asking for payment is both comical and ludicrous.
Ticwatch Pro 3 will be the last Mobvoi product for me. The company's software development and customer support is inferior.

Now I absolutely regret buying a Mobvoi... It was already expensive enough and now they want subscription for basic features, while slacking with WearOS update that was promised a year ago...

But I definetily agree with you: where in the fn' hell is the long due wear os 3 update. Should've been here long time ago. Empty promises. F the smart watches that were promised os 3, so goes for Mobwoi also. F U. Gonna have go by Pixel or Fossil. Samsung is shait

Subscriptions blow. You pay enough for the hardware, it's just a cash grab and people won't buy watches with a paywall.

Still no wearOS 3 update after a full year when they promised the update
Now all the feature they are selling for 5$ a months can be achieved with wearOS app sleep which you can buy for life for 20$
