Good news! The 4gen1 has 44percent more points on antutu than the 680 and has pretty much exactly the same amount points as the 750g. It will probably have the photo processing of the 695 tho. But I’m happy that they’re keeping the excellent display. If they’ll keep the price down, it might be my next phone.

Well, Snapdragon and OLED is a considerable upgrade to the international version. Interesting!

Any more than $300 ($400 Verizon version) and it's a flop.

Otherwise, these specs fit the needs of your average non-gaming, non-streaming consumer. Throw in 2 OS updates and 3 Years of Security Patches and it would be a solid device for simpletons. Lol.

Oppo did use 7 Gen 1 for the China Reno8 Pro, but it seemed that Oppo wasn't happy with its performance*. Someone even made a video showing the China Reno8 Pro's SoC performance**.

Sounds like a plan. So far not many phones uses the Snapdragon Gen 1 series. So far the only rumour mill is that the Xperia 10 V will use the SD6G1 and the only SD7G1 so far is the Xiaomi Civi 2. There should be others and one more SD4G1 smartphone but I forgot. Still good to see this kick off.

Since most people does not need a gaming performance this one should be more than enough.
