Some old games like Kairosoft run fine, lighter chat apps like Signal and Whatsapp too.
Browsing is only duable with FF + Ublock, otherwise ads on sites and in YouTube cause too many slowdowns and stutters.
But yes the chip is old.

At least the price matches the specs. There are not a lot of phones below $100 new. Of course a used flagship from 4 years ago will still be much better but for those who just do not want to go used, I guess this is the lowest they can go in terms of price. Though A22 is really slow these days.
