Mollisol, 27 Dec 2022Wow. Welcome to the future Goslow pixel & Samsung 😱The Pixel 7 Pro charges incredibly slow (26% in 30 minutes) and gets really hot. Same with my wife's iPhone 13 Pro. Slow and hot.
My 65W OnePlus phone charges nearly from 0 to 100% in 39 minutes and barely gets warm.
Google, Apple and Samsung have nearly no excuses to keep charging at such slow speeds. Other than to sell wireless charging accessories that "help" take the pain away from wired charging. Invent a problem to sell a solution, no?

Anyone able to spend that kind of money already has bluetooth headphones and cloud storage service and/or purchased the 512GB/1TB storage option. So they literally don't need a 3.5mm jack or a microSD card slot on the phone.
These things are better suited for the cheap phones because they're more likely to use cheap accessories.
I still don't understand why people that still have 3.5mm wired headphones don't have a USB-C adapter now. They're like $10...

But just imagine if it had microSD card and headphone jack(with external microphone support)
It would be more reasons and will attract more people to spend the extra money to buy it compared to other smartphones
That's just common business strategy, since microSD card and audio jack are now very rare this is the time to use it as a selling point
And if u think about it foldables have more space than slab smartphones and have inferior Cameras compared to slab flagships.Adding these features will make more sense
We need 240w more on laptops than on smartphones

The problem with these manufacturers is that they don't see beyond their noses while they block their ears at the same time, if they brought back microsd card slot and headphone jack will guarantee to grab more customers than offering faster charging!
