        In past I've bought Redmi phones for their hardware but always switched to a custom rom within few months.

        I can't imagine ever buying a MIUI phone with no option to change roms.

            Finally my complaint with the normal Redmi Note 12 Pro is fixed as I had wished Xiaomi used a 108 mp sensor on the 12 Pro as now my only wish is when will the Redmi Note 12 lineup and the 12T Pro launch in Indonesia

                  Anonymous, 27 Dec 2022You get good hardware but bad software and horrible support... moreIt's the other way around, since you get good hardware, you buy these, and replace the bad software/support by unlocking the bootloader and installing a custom rom, that way you get the best price to performance ratio. Also worth pointing out that Samsung makes it hard to unlock their bootloaders so it is detrimental to get a Samsung for the long run.

                    These days only a brainwashed fool buys hideously expensive western spyware such as Apple or Samsung. Thankfully there are still lots to choose from China even with all the Western censorship and political unjustifiable sanctions by America.

                      I don't get it, why are they making devices with huge Redmi/Poco logos. I wouldn't buy that for anything. It's hideous.

                              The Speed model should have been called Discovery and vice versa. The Discovery phone has 210 W charging instead of the Speed phone.

                                They finally release a 778G Redmi Note, but it has literally nothing going for it otherwise like the others. I get dimensity is the new hot thing and everyone loves it, but my lack of trust for Mediatek after years of bad SoC support from every company will never go away. Why is Redmi like this, just make 2 or 3 really good phones and that's it.

                                  Calls it speed, puts slow soc in it. Gg
