First try downloading smart switch to your p.c
If it won't work then go to the Sammy fans site and dl the official firmware. There are step by step videos on how to do it on you tube. It's actually very easy and once you do it you will remember. Hope this helps 🙏 ☺️ 😌

Hanif Fikri, 30 Dec 2022lol the beast s10 and note 10 series didnt get the updates.... moreSamsung could give Android 13 on those phone, but the problem is Qualcomm, no driver and frimware for Android 13. One of the advantage of having own SoC that you can update SoC driver and frimware at own will, not have to relay on other. Becasue of using own SoC Samsung was able to update 6-7 year old S6 and S7.

I hope the A04 users enjoy their one and only update. Because it seems as only the A01 got 2 Android updates. The A02 never got its promised second update.

lol the beast s10 and note 10 series didnt get the updates..i know they promised 3 years of OS updates but that doesnt mean they should stop becasue the sd855 still able keep up..Huawei promised 3 years but the mate 10 and 20 had 4-5 years of updates..
